Summary
Cycladic Guesthouse, in Chora of Ios, consisting of six separate, safe and always clean rooms with air conditioning and washbasin. Renovated in 2019. Premium towels and sheets, hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows are provided. Four outdoor shared toilets with shower, separately men and women, with daily cleaning and sterilization. Shared large veranda with sea view, chairs, tables, refrigerator, to relax and enjoy the view of Yalos Beach and Port. Common fully equipped kitchen. Free wifi. Fresh fruits, cool water and soft drinks for the welcome are provided. Everything you need for a quality vacation!

Rooms
There is a six-people room (12sqm) with three bunk beds, three quadruple rooms with two bunk beds each (10sqm), a double room with twin beds (10sqm), a double room with a queen bed (10sqm). All rooms are separate and equiped with washbasin and air conditioning. Ideal for couples and groups. Rooms are cleaned daily. Cycladic, minimal, traditional atmosphere. See pictures and reviews.

Check in: 12:00 - 15:00. Check out: 07:00 - 11:00. Flexibility in arrival and departure time.

Interaction with visitors
We are always happy to receive our guests from the port by car. We give our guests the private space they need and we are available when needed. Great hospitality, please read the reviews. We are ready to share with you everything about the island, the beaches and places of entertainment. You will be provided with a free map of the island and we are available 24/7 to answer any questions via viber, whatsapp, skype, platform chat, telephone, sms.

The neighborhood
Quiet, Cycladic neighborhood, located in Chora of Ios. From your room you are within a ten minute walk to the center of Ios (Chora) and the Port. Free, open, secure on-street parking is available. Nearby there is an oven, fast food, restaurant, supermarket, bus stop, car or scooter rental. Opposite there is a luxurious hotel for spa, swimming pool, dining, cocktails.

Transportation
The island of Ios is easy to get around. So you can go on foot in many places, otherwise you can take the bus, taxi, hitchhiking or rent a car or scooter.

Rules
You can do whatever you like on the island of Ios! However, we must keep quiet when we are in the room or use common areas, respecting the holidays of the other guests. So, parties or music are not allowed, but parties are welcome in Chora!
Treat the room as your home, so pay attention to furnitures, walls, appliances and avoid any kind of damage and stealing of the room and shared area. Compensation may be required.
Inside the rooms is not allowed smoking, drugs, loud noise, partying, accomondation of extra people than those agreed.
The quiet times are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00.
Do not throw paper and other objects into the toilet, there is a bin for them.
Do not make unreasonable use of air conditioners.
Keep the key with you, extra person hosting is available upon request.
