Quiet and peaceful apartment in a nice villa located on Eastern Sicilian coast, halfway between Catania and Siracusa, Taormina, Noto.

You will experience Sicilian cultural tourism, the lifestyle of Sicilian people, the history of my people, our art, architecture, traditions and festival rituals. A walk in Catania, Noto, Siracusa and Taormina and in the rural urban areas, museums and theatres, away from the touristic paths, with the intention to let you experience and satisfy your curiosity observing the exotic of real Sicialian life.

I will support you during your stay at my summer house and you will experience Sicilian cultural tourism, the lifestyle of Sicilian people, the history of my people, our art, architecture, traditions and festival rituals.
A walk in Catania, Noto, Siracusa and Taormina and in the rural urban areas, museums and theatres, away from the touristic paths, with the intention to let you experience and satisfy your curiosity observing the exotic of real Sicialian life.

It is a full equipped apartment in a villa and it has 2 bed-rooms (one master bed-room and one bed-room with two double beds), a sitting-room with a fire place and large kitchen. The bath-room has been renovated and it has a bathtab and a bidet.

Every rooms come with air-conditioning and mosquito screens. Safety measures and electric system authorised by law. Private parking and private access to a black lavic pebble beach.

The place is a little green oasis. Depending on the season you arrive, you can expect to pick yourself lemons, oranges, tangerins, plums, cakies, peaches, figs, prunes, avocados, olilves, medlars, annonas and kiwies, euphorbias and spices. If you come and visit us on week-ends, you might expect to join us for lunch and learn how to cook some Sicilian specialities.

There is also a fish pond with papyrus, golden fish and freshwater turtles.

Several beaches, mainly black lavic rock or brown cliffs can be reached on foot or by car.

An Esso power/gas station, where you can have breakfast with cappuccino and cornetto or granita and brioche or can by magazines and useful daily products is only 800 meters away.
A family farm biological market is only two km away and it is open all year long.

There is also a pulblic transportation served by www.sciontibus.it to to Catania or Augusta.

My place is unique, because matches the American Housing Dept standard.

Directions (e. g. from the airport or central train station)

•From Catania airport (Fontanarossa) take green signal highway/motorway (E45)direction Siracus. After passing the long tunnel "Filippella" exit leading Lentini Carlentini and continue on ss114 Agnone Bagn. Arrived at the Esso FuelStation (km 123) turn into your left (leaving the little altar on your right) and drive down and turn on your 4th street on your left, Via degli Oleandri, second villa on your right.

•From Siracusa, take the highway Siracusa/Catania E45 towards Catania, and exit to Lentini Carlentini and follow directions to ss114 Agnone Bagni. Arrived at km 123
in front of the Esso fuel station turn into your left (leaving the little altar on your right) and drive down and turn on your 4th street on your left, Via degli Oleandri, second villa on your right.
