The small apartment is located in Testaccio, probably the most old area in Rome, full of traditions but not tourist.
It's only 2 metro stops from the Colosseum e on foot you can easily reach the city centre and all the major tourist monuments. You'll find more details and information in the apartment.
In the apartment you have dishwasher, washing and dry machine, Nespresso machine and all the utilities you may need in the kitchen, and, of course, air conditioning and wifi.
You may even use the outside space for your breakfast, lunch and dinner....or just for your aperitif.
