Accommodation description from the host:
Two furnished rooms for rent - bedroom with double bed + living room - private and for the person who rents in a spacious apartment in the Eixample in the heart of gayeixample Barcelona. Bright, two balconies- non-smoker person.

Walking distance to: Casa Battlo // Paseo de Gracia // Axel Hotel// Pedrera

Few important rules and information:

Remember this is a private room in a private apartment shared with me - Respect and communication are the basis for a good experience.
This place is for discrete, respectful and quiet people;
Smoking NOT allowed - only in the balcony but never inside.
No party at home and no visitors.
If someone else is going to visit you, you should inform me.
If this second person stays for the night or during all the day - there will be an extra charge since I will consider as a second guest.
No use of the kitchen allowed - only fridge and microwave.
If you need something from the kitchen or from elsewhere of the apartment , do not forget to ask and I will be happy to help you and to provide what you need, if possible.

Be informed that for security reasons there is camera in the main entrance of the apartment.

Departure procedure:
The room has to be released at 11 a.m the departure date.
If you need to stay more, we can discuss and agree the new departure time with a possible extra charge according to the room availability.
Please do not forget to inform and confirm your exact departure time 24 hours before.
In case you do not return keys or you loose them - a charge of 50 € has to be assumed by the guest.
